School Choice Tuition Assistance Options

During the 2023-2024 school year, FILS will once again participate in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) and the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP).

We are excited to offer the opportunity for families who qualify to receive a voucher from the State of Wisconsin to pay for their children’s tuition.

Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) Participating School

First Immanuel is pleased to be a participating school in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP). Under the program, students from qualifying families receive free tuition at First Immanuel. 


To meet the income requirements for the program a student’s family must have an Adjusted Gross Income at or below 220% of the federal poverty level, with an additional $7,000 allowed for a married couple, as illustrated below.


Family Size 2 -  Single Family $40,282

Family Size 3 -  Single Family $50,666 - Married Family $57,666

Family Size 4 -  Single Family $61,050 - Married Family $68,050

Family Size 5 -  Single Family $71,434 - Married Family $78,434

Family Size 6 - Single Family $81,818 - Married Family $88,818

Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP) Participating School

First Immanuel is pleased to be a participating school in the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP). Under the program, students from qualifying families receive free tuition at First Immanuel. To qualify for MPCP families must reside in the City of Milwaukee


To meet the income requirements for the program, a student’s family must have an Adjusted Gross Income at or below 300% of the federal poverty level, with an additional $7,000 allowed for a married couple, as outlined below.

Family Size 3 -  Single Family $69,090 - Married Family $76,090

Family Size 4 -  Single Family $83,250 - Married Family $90.250

Family Size 5 -  Single Family $97,410- Married Family $104,410

Family Size 6 - Single Family $111,570- Married Family $118,570
