While our students are not in the building they and their teachers are still engaged in active learning! First Immanuel was prepared for this unprecedented situation and began e-instruction (using both synchronous and asynchronous formats) on March 17th.   And the virtual teaching and e-learning continues until we all can be back on campus together!

Additionally, our Admissions Office is still available to answer your questions and provide a virtual tour of the school.  Please contact Teresa in the admissions office at: We believe a Faith-Center education is an option for ALL Children and families. We are a Wisconsin and Milwaukee Parent Choice Program school. Through this program eligible families who receive a seat have their tuition covered by the school choice program.  To learn more and see if your family could be eligible click here.

We hope you and your family stay well during this time and we looking forward to being with you in person again soon.

The mission of First Immanuel Lutheran Ministries is to reach up to God, to reach out to others,and reach out to the world.

As a vital ministry of First Immanuel Lutheran Ministries the purpose of our school is to "Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old, he will not depart from it,” Proverbs 22:6.  By following this verse we will develop the whole child − academically, artistically, physically, socially and spiritually - by providing a Christ centered, quality education for the children of the First Immanuel congregation and the surrounding communities so they may through God’s Word and Sacraments:

-Identify themselves as children of God and members of Christ’s body;

-Know God and His forgiving love in Jesus Christ and respond to that love with lives of Christian faith, worship, service, love, and hope;

-Relate responsibly to God’s creation by acquiring knowledge and understanding and developing talents and skills for responsible living and serving.

We believe that each one of us is in constant need of repentance and God’s forgiving grace.  We are committed to the teachings of the Holy Scriptures, Luther’s Small Catechism, as well as the applications of those teachings to our lives.  We expect that staff, parents, and students exemplify the teachings of the Bible in their daily lives as we work together to enhance the education for all children.  May God continue to bless our efforts at First Immanuel
